Auracall Classic
All prices are per minute & include VAT. Calls billed per minute. Minimum call charge 9.9p by BT. Cost of calls from non BT operators & mobiles may vary. Check with your operator. Charges apply from the moment of connection to the service.
Auracall T-Talk
All prices are per minute & include VAT. Calls to the 01 or 02 number cost mobile standard rate to a landline or may be used as part of inclusive minutes. Please check with your network operator. Connection fee varies between 1.5p and 20p, depending on the destination. To avoid auto top-up, hang up within 30 seconds of the warning. To stop auto top-up in future, text AUTOOFF to 81616 (standard SMS rate). Credit expires 3 months from your last top-up. Charges apply from the moment of connection to the service. Calls charged per minute.
Auracall T-Text
Cost per SMS as stated on our website plus standard SMS rate or may be used as part of your bundled SMSs, except T-Mobile which may cost more. Enter the international mobile number correctly at the start of your message, which should be no more than 160 characters (including the destination number and spaces). We will charge you the advertised SMS cost only, but your network operator may charge you at your standard UK SMS rate and they may also charge you again for excess characters. Disclaimer: If you receive SMS confirmation it means we have received it – we cannot confirm or guarantee delivery to the destination.
Crazytel
Calls billed per minute & fully inclusive of VAT. Cost of calls to the 090 recharge number cost £1 per call plus network extras. £1 will be credited onto the landline or mobile number which you choose to credit. To prevent potential fraud, your phone may only credit a total of £3 per day across three different numbers & receive credit up to a total value of £3 per day. Please call 08445453555 for refund as you will still be charged for calls made to the 090 number when you have reached your daily limit. Calls to the 02 number cost standard rate to a landline or may be used as part of inclusive minutes. 4p-15p connection fee applies. Call will be disconnected when credit is finished & you will need to dial the 090 number again to recharge your account. Charges apply from the moment of connection.
Auracall Dialler
This service is for Auracall’s T-Talk customers on auto-top-up only and customers will be subjected to Auracall T-Talk terms of use. Customers cannot use the dialler without the auto-top-up option. See above for list of mobile compatibilities. Network charges apply when downloading the dialler. As with any software, Auracall cannot warrant that the software is totally error free and is not liable for any costs and damages incurred, whether direct or consequential as a result of using this software. Customers are not allowed to modify Auracall Dialler in any way.

Information may be used for future marketing and updating purposes by Auracall and other selected companies and affiliates. You can opt out at anytime by texting STOP to 81616. This service is provided by Auracall Ltd, Britannia House, 960 High Road, London, N12 9RY.

If you would like a refund, please make sure you make your claim within 72 hours from when you experience any issues with our services. Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist with any technical issues which occur more than 72 hours, unless it is an ongoing issue.
We aim to reply to all enquiries and complaints within 24 hours during working days.
